Overview DecisionPoint seeks a Senior Creative Content Lead to oversee enterprise-wide creative direction for visual, multimedia, and digital communication products supporting a large federal and DoD-aligned mission environment. This role is responsible for concept development, creative strategy, and the end-to-end production of mission-aligned content that supports brand cohesion, audience needs, and user experience best practices. The Creative Content Lead shapes the enterprise’s creative vision, guiding designers, writers, media specialists, and cross-functional teams to deliver compelling, inclusive, and accessible content across all communication channels. Duties & Responsibilities The Creative Content Lead will: Define and lead creative direction for enterprise visual and multimedia content. Ensure all creative products align with brand strategy, identity guidelines, and mission priorities. Oversee concept development, mood boards, storyboards, and creative briefs. Manage digital, print, and multimedia asset production, ensuring quality and consistency. Collaborate with communications, UX, data, and outreach teams to develop user-centered creative solutions. Lead creative reviews, provide feedback to designers and content creators, and ensure high-quality outputs. Oversee multimedia development including video, motion graphics, photography, infographics, and animations. Maintain a unified creative library and ensure all assets adhere to accessibility (508/WCAG) standards. Conduct audience research to inform creative strategy and visual storytelling approaches. Ensure content aligns with user experience best practices and supports cross-channel engagement. Guide creative modernization efforts, emerging design trends, and enterprise design standards. Provide executive-level creative recommendations to leadership and mission stakeholders. Qualifications Clearance Requirement Candidate must possess a Tier 2 Moderate Risk Public Trust (from any federal agency) or an active Secret clearance or higher. Education (Required) Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Film, Creative Direction, or a related field. Experience (Required) Minimum 10 years of experience in creative direction, art direction, or multimedia content leadership. Experience overseeing enterprise brand-aligned creative content across digital, print, and multimedia channels. Demonstrated ability to lead designers, multimedia teams, and cross-disciplinary creative staff. Experience developing visual frameworks, design systems, and integrated creative strategies. Experience ensuring content accessibility and compliance with 508/WCAG guidelines. Technical Knowledge (Required) Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects). Understanding of user experience best practices and user-centered design principles. Knowledge of brand identity systems, visual storytelling, and creative governance. Familiarity with multimedia production workflows, formats, and digital publishing. Technical Knowledge (Preferred) Experience with motion graphics, animation, or advanced multimedia tools. Familiarity with DAM systems, design system management, or component libraries. Experience designing content for military, federal, or enterprise mission environments. Certifications (Preferred) Design, UX, or multimedia certifications ITIL v4 Foundation Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum) Skills Exceptional creative direction and visual storytelling abilities. Strong leadership, team management, and collaboration skills. Ability to translate mission needs into compelling creative concepts. Excellent communication and presentation skills. High attention to detail, visual quality, and accessibility. Ability to manage multiple creative workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
