Our company develops insurance solutions for 80% of the Polish insurance market. We also operate in the United States and the United Kingdom. We are expanding our collaboration with new clients in the USA. About the Role: We are looking for a versatile and skilled US-based Project Manager/Business Analyst with a solid analytical background and experience in the insurance industry to lead projects and drive business process improvements. The ideal candidate will not be afraid to roll up their sleeves to take on various project tasks directly as needed. We are seeking a candidate with documented experience in the Property and Casualty (P&C) sector. You will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of Decerto or our Partner’s insurance solutions across the region. Your role will involve overseeing the end-to-end delivery process, analyzing client needs, and designing an approach to expand US delivery capabilities to support growing client interest. The role is ideal for somebody ready to embrace a hands-on approach, collaborate with teams across different time zones, and take on the challenge of a successful project and business analysis delivery. Responsibilities: • Acting as the main point of contact between a US-based Client and Decerto and our Partners during the implementation phase. • Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication strategies. • Leading end-to-end project management using Agile methodology, from initiation through planning, execution, and closure, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within the scope, and budget. • Coordinating with the development team and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration across time zones. • Tracking and effectively communicating project progress, status updates, and deliverables to clients, leadership, and stakeholders. • Identifying and proactively mitigating potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. • Analyzing complex business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. • Actively investigating and responding to the client's wishes and needs to find appropriate solutions. • Document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications. Qualifications: Proven experience of 5+ years in business analysis (BA) and project management (PM) within software development, along with 4+ years of experience in the insurance domain, preferably in Property & Casualty. Required Skills: • Deep knowledge of the US Insurance. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • A forward-thinking and proactive mindset with a high level of engagement. • Team player attitude. Other details: • Remote work. • Possibility to work in the Eastern American or Central European time zone. • Possibility to work in a fast-growing and stable organization. We are an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
