Program Manager, Talent Management Location: Houston, TX Pay Rate: $51/hour Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Dean's Professional Services is actively seeking a Program Manager, Talent Management to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional, and technology programs supporting the Talent & Organizational Development and Learning (OD&L) Center of Excellence. This role is responsible for developing overall program strategy, delivering program objectives, and managing projects end-to-end, including change management, budgeting, and KPI reporting. The Program Manager provides visibility of program status, milestones, and performance across all Talent & Engagement initiatives. Reports to the Director of Talent & Engagement. Responsibilities • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of talent management programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives • Develop and implement program strategies, goals, and success metrics • Manage cross-functional project teams, timelines, and budgets to deliver programs on schedule and within scope • Create and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reporting for executive leadership • Drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes or programs • Partner with stakeholders to design and implement talent, learning, and leadership development initiatives • Facilitate presentations and provide recommendations to executive audiences • Identify risks and issues and develop solutions to ensure program success • Support continuous improvement by analyzing program outcomes and applying insights to future initiatives Qualifications Education: • Bachelor's degree in HR, I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field (required) • Master's degree preferred Licenses/Certifications (Preferred): • Certified practitioner of one or more assessments: 360s, Hogan, Birkman, DiSC, StrengthsFinder Experience / Knowledge / Skills: • Minimum of five years of progressive experience in program management, talent, learning, leadership development, change management, or organizational behavior • Customer service-focused, leveraging human-centered and agile design approaches • Demonstrated creativity, thought leadership, and problem-solving skills • Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Skilled in building and facilitating executive-level presentations • Strong project management, organizational, and influencing skills • Ability to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and provide thoughtful change leadership • Excellent oral and written communication skills Why Join Us? • Comprehensive benefits: healthcare, dental, vision, and 401(k) • Temp-to-hire opportunity • Opportunity to work in a respected healthcare organization • Supportive and professional work environment About Dean's Professional Services Dean's Professional Services is a national, award-winning staffing solutions firm.
