Care Management Support Coordinator II Location: Remote - Texas Starting Rate: $22.00/hour Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (Overtime available as needed) Dean's Professional Services is actively seeking a Care Management Support Coordinator II to support a high-performing care management and specialty authorization team serving members with complex and chronic healthcare needs. This fully remote, weekday role offers long-term stability, strong team collaboration, and the opportunity to directly support timely access to essential healthcare services. Responsibilities: - Support administrative care management functions, including member and provider outreach, inbound call handling, and service scheduling - Serve as a primary point of contact for members, providers, and internal staff to resolve care-related questions and authorization issues - Process and follow up on specialty authorizations, including DME, MHM, DAHS, and authorization reductions or denials - Assist with SK, SH, and MMP authorization processing while meeting a 1-business-day turnaround time - Accurately document member records and care activities in compliance with state, contractual, and regulatory guidelines - Collaborate with cross-trained team members to manage high authorization volumes efficiently - Demonstrate flexibility, compassion, and teamwork while supporting members with chronic, complex, or vulnerable healthcare needs - Contribute to a supportive, family-oriented team environment focused on enhancing member outcomes Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED (required) - LPN, LVN, or LCSW REQUIRED - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managed care environment or working with vulnerable populations, including individuals with chronic or complex conditions - Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously - Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills - Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote setting Why Join Us? - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) - Fully remote, weekday schedule supporting work-life balance - Opportunity to support meaningful healthcare services for underserved and vulnerable populations - Collaborative, supportive, and mission-driven team culture - Long-term opportunity with growth potential Dean's Professional Services is a national, award-winning staffing solutions firm.
