A company is looking for a Business Analytics & Insights Analyst to support decision-making through data analysis. Key Responsibilities • Conduct detailed analysis and organize large datasets to assess industry performance • Develop automated reports and analytical tools to enhance evaluation and decision-making • Support strategic planning initiatives by analyzing business performance and market trends Required Qualifications/Experience • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or statistics • 4+ years of finance/accounting experience at a mid-sized company • 3+ years of FP&A experience in corporate and/or GTM reporting • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
