Facilities & Maintenance Manager On-site | Eastern New York Our client is seeking a driven and dedicated Facilities & Maintenance Manager to oversee operations at a busy food & beverage manufacturing facility and warehouse. In this role, you will ensure the facility, equipment, and systems operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with food safety standards — supporting smooth production flow and maintaining audit readiness. What You’ll Do: • Lead preventive and proactive maintenance programs (SAP/ERP or similar). • Oversee facility upkeep, equipment repairs, and sanitation programs. • Manage vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff. • Support food safety and audit compliance (including allergen programs). • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency. What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years of facilities/maintenance experience in food & beverage manufacturing. • Supervisory experience (1–3 years preferred). • Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and preventive maintenance systems. • Hands-on technical repair skills. • ERP/SAP experience preferred. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
