Full Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and solution-driven Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps everything moving smoothly — connecting our talented design team with our clients and making sure everyone stays aligned and informed. What You'll Do: • Take the lead on the day-to-day execution of projects across branding, web, packaging, and creative production- keeping everything organized and moving forward. • Build and manage clear timelines, budgets, and project scopes so everyone knows what’s happening and when. • Collaborate closely with our internal team and external partners to ensure alignment at every stage. • Listen carefully to client needs and translate them into clear, actionable tasks for the team. • Keep communication flowing smoothly — making sure updates are clear, expectations are aligned, and no detail slips through the cracks. • Ensure final deliverables align with DD.NYC®’s standard of excellence Qualifications • Experience managing digital or other creative in an agency setting • Experience being client-facing • Websites knowledge (WordPress is a plus) • Russian speaking • Bonus: Creative, Knowledgeable of Figma About Us: DD.NYC® is an award-winning Manhattan-based creative agency specializing in branding, web design, packaging, and video storytelling.
