Project Manager – Division 10 Specialties | Employment Type: Full-time About Us We are a rapidly growing Division 10 specialties contractor, providing high-quality installation of toilet partitions, accessories, lockers, fire extinguishers, and related products. We partner with top general contractors nationwide, delivering exceptional service and on-time project execution. We’re looking for an Assistant Project Manager (APM) who’s eager to grow in the commercial construction industry and learn the Division 10 specialty from the ground up. What You’ll Do As an PM, you’ll keep projects running smoothly, ensuring materials, schedules, and installations align with contract requirements. Responsibilities include: ✅ Assist in reviewing project contracts, plans, and specifications specific to Division 10 scopes. ✅ Coordinate submittals, RFIs, and change orders, ensuring timely approvals. ✅ Make follow-up phone calls and send status updates to general contractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects moving on schedule. ✅ Track and manage material procurement, deliveries, and lead times. ✅ Support project closeout, including punch lists, warranties, and O&M manuals. What We’re Looking For • Experience: 1–3 years in commercial construction project coordination or management; Division 10 or interiors experience preferred. • Education: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). • Skills: • Basic understanding of reading construction drawings and specs. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Proficiency with project management software (Buildertrend, Procore, or similar). • Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the Division 10 specialty.
