Salary: $70,000 base + 5% commission (OTE $150,000–$200,000+) We are expanding and looking for an experienced Facilities Sales Rep to sell commercial cleaning and building maintenance services to Facility Managers, Property Managers, Schools, Medical Buildings, Offices, and Commercial Owners across Long Island and NYC. This is a true B2B field sales role — NOT telemarketing. If you know how to walk buildings, estimate jobs, write proposals, and close deals, you will thrive here. --- Responsibilities Prospect, develop, and close new commercial cleaning contracts Set appointments with facility managers and property managers Walk buildings and perform estimating/pricing based on provided templates Write proposals, send them, follow up, and close the deal Handle the entire sales cycle from first contact → signed contract Maintain CRM and active pipeline Upsell additional services: carpets, floor care, windows, consumables, porters, etc. Work directly with ownership for fast decisions and full support This role includes estimating, proposal writing, pricing, and closing — you own the entire sales process. --- Compensation Base Salary: $70,000 Commission: 5% of gross annual contract value (first year) OTE: $150,000–$200,000+ Uncapped commission Company leads and full operational support Freedom and autonomy — no corporate bureaucracy --- Requirements Experience selling commercial cleaning, janitorial, building services, or facilities services Ability to walk buildings, estimate needs, and build pricing from templates Strong experience dealing with facility managers and property managers Proven closer with history of winning $50k–$500k+ contracts Driven, competitive, and self-motivated Reliable transportation for field sales --- Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Experience: • Commercial cleaning sales: 2 years (Required) Work Location: On the road
