Our collaborative team works closely with clients through every phase — from pre-construction and design to completion. Position Overview We’re seeking a Takeoff & Project Management Specialist with a strong background in pre-construction, design coordination, and residential remodeling. This role involves performing detailed takeoffs, assisting with project budgeting, coordinating design intent with execution, and supporting project management from initial concept through build-out. Responsibilities • Perform accurate takeoffs and quantity estimates for kitchens, bathrooms, and full apartment renovations. • Review architectural and design drawings to determine materials, finishes, and labor requirements. • Participate in the pre-construction phase — assisting with scope definition, design coordination, budgeting, and scheduling. • Collaborate with the design team to ensure plans align with field conditions and budget goals. • Prepare and organize project proposals, bid packages, and vendor pricing. • Work closely with the project management team to track schedules, change orders, and procurement. • Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to maintain clear project expectations throughout design and construction. Requirements • Proven experience in project management, takeoffs, and pre-construction for NYC residential remodeling. • Strong understanding of construction drawings, design coordination, and NYC renovation processes. • Proficiency in takeoff and estimating software • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication and organizational skills.
