Payroll & Benefits Specialist DCM Services, LLC | Bloomington, MN (Hybrid) Salary: $52,000 - $60,000 | Full-Time, Exempt | Bonus Eligible About the Opportunity Ready to take your payroll career to the next level? DCM Services is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Specialist who wants to grow with a dynamic, multi-state organization. You'll work directly with an experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager who will mentor you as you master the complexities of multi-state payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems. This isn't just processing paychecks—it's ensuring 550+ employees across multiple states get paid accurately and on time, while supporting their benefits needs and maintaining compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
