Job Description: Responsibilities:Has the ultimate responsibility of delivering a sound and successful technical solution for all Teamcenter projects.This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, technical leadership skills, process improvement skills as well as Teamcenter PLM configuration and customization implementation skills. In this role, you will perform as a trusted advisor on architectural design to address business problems ensuring that the technical integrity of the solution remains aligned to requirements and value delivery throughout the project and that the various project solutions. As part of the Professional Services team, you will work with Consultants, Product Architects, Project Managers, Industry Experts and Product Development teams to ensure project and customer success. Overall technical lead for all Teamcenter projectsConducting project specification meetings with the customerOutlining/defining the technical solution, including:, Software required, Hardware required, Effort required, Timing required, Providing clear and defined deliverables for client - Supervising the development of the solutionSupport use case creation and provide guidance to the testing team with a keen eye on requirement traceabilitySupport project management activities to control scope, cost, schedule, and quality.Communicate project processes, progress by interacting with the customer to support customer expectations and support customer adoption Required Knowledge/Skills & Experience:Minimum 10+ years of experience in a lead PLM implementation role using Siemens PLM Teamcenter. Expertise in: Configuration, Customization, Testing and certification for production release, providing clear and defined deliverable for clientExperience in architecting solutions for Industry 4.0 with digitalization (twin and thread) aspects is a preference Have the ability to get hands on when the situation demands with Install and Administration - will not do this on a regular basisHands on Expertise in all aspects of Teamcenter Change Management, CAD data management, Simulation data management (all major CAE software), Reporting and Analytics Knowledge of Material Management using IMM is a must and experience with integrating to material management software like GRANTA will be preferredHands on experience of implementing Teamcenter manufacturing and the deployment of all aspects of EBOM, MBOM, BOP, and Work InstructionsExperience with MES implementations using Simatic IT is preferred· Hands on experience in deploying Active Workspace in production environments along with experience in configuration and possibly customizations
