Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow within our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a proven track record in office management, including experience in human resources, budgeting, and vendor management. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively manage schedules, supervise staff, and maintain an efficient office atmosphere. Duties • Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow. • Manage schedules and calendar for business owner, coordinating meetings and appointments. • Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships. • Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate bookkeeping practices. • Assist with budgeting processes to ensure financial goals are met. • Maintain filing systems and manage clerical duties as needed. • Ensure compliance with company policies in human resources matters. Qualifications • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role. • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other bookkeeping software is preferred. • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Familiarity with schedule management, calendar coordination, and event planning. • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure. • Knowledge of payroll processes and human resources practices is essential. • Experience with training & development initiatives for staff is desirable.
