Growth Marketing Advisor — Performance Based (Remote) DBB Info Solutions is building a global freelance marketplace platform connecting clients and freelancers securely. We are currently in early-stage growth and looking for a Growth Marketing Advisor to help scale international user acquisition. This is a performance-based advisory role. Compensation Structure: • No fixed salary • No upfront payment • Commission or revenue share based on measurable growth contribution • Paid contracts may be considered once the platform reaches stable revenue stage Role Scope: • Design user acquisition strategy • Execute organic growth campaigns • Improve conversion rates • Increase platform visibility internationally • Suggest scalable growth systems Who Should Apply: • Professionals experienced in growing digital platforms • Startup-minded individuals comfortable with performance-based roles • Candidates with international marketing exposure Who Should NOT Apply: • Applicants seeking fixed salary • Those expecting advance payment • Individuals looking for co-founder or partner roles Selection Process: • Initial screening • Short written strategy response • 7-day trial collaboration (if shortlisted) Important: This is strictly an advisory role and does not involve partnership, equity ownership (unless separately agreed in writing), or co-founder status.
