Role Overview: As a Sales Development Representative II with a focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM), you will play a crucial role in driving targeted sales efforts and expanding our customer base. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to identify and engage high-value prospects, nurturing relationships that lead to meaningful business opportunities. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage key accounts within assigned territories. - You will collaborate with marketing to align ABM campaigns and personalize messaging for maximum impact. - You will qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring high-quality opportunities for the sales team. - You will conduct research to understand prospect needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. - You will maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activities using CRM tools. - You will participate in regular sales meetings and provide feedback to improve outreach strategies. - You will build and nurture relationships with potential clients through multiple communication channels. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets. What You Bring: - 3+ years of experience in sales development or a related role, preferably with ABM experience. - Strong understanding of sales and marketing alignment, with proven success in targeted outreach. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. - Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot. - Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize outreach efforts. - Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and strong organizational skills.
