Description: • Build our clinical hiring machine. • Own the entire pipeline: sourcing candidates, reviewing applications at scale, conducting interviews, and closing offers. • Aggressive sourcing from LinkedIn, job boards, clinical networks, and professional associations. • High-volume app review: Quickly screening and evaluating applications. • Pipeline management: Keeping a healthy pipeline flowing. • Interview coordination: Scheduling and running clinical interviews. • Process optimization: Finding bottlenecks and fixing them. • Metrics tracking: Track numbers and adjust strategies.
