We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer in Test to help us raise the bar for software quality and reliability. You’ll design and build test automation frameworks, drive continuous integration, and work closely with developers and product teams to ensure every release is rock solid. Your work will have a direct impact on how our users experience our platform; fast, reliable, and bug-free. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving complex problems, and is passionate about using tools like Playwright to catch issues before they reach production. What You’ll Do Architect and implement scalable automated testing frameworks to support our CI/CD pipeline Create and maintain test cases for functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing Collaborate with developers early in the process to ensure code is testable and meets quality standards Own and manage test reporting, defect tracking, and release management processes Continuously evolve our QA tools and methodologies for speed, accuracy, and efficiency Mentor junior engineers and promote a quality-first culture across teams Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table What You Bring 5+ years in software testing, with deep experience in both manual and automated testing Advanced proficiency in Playwright for testing modern web applications Strong coding skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and working knowledge of SQL Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration Experience planning and coordinating software releases Clear understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) Experience with tools like Git, Jira, and modern QA best practices Bonus Points For Experience with cloud-based testing and performance/load testing tools Familiarity with other test automation tools and frameworks Domain knowledge in payment processing (ACH and credit card systems) Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field Daxko is dedicated to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce.
