As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we understand our markets and how we bring that insight to life across our products, teams, and customers. This role is all about curiosity, clarity, and influence. You’ll turn research, industry knowledge, and business goals into insights that guide marketing strategy, support go-to-market efforts, and help our leaders make confident, informed decisions. What you’ll do Build a deep understanding of Daxko’s markets, customers, competitors, and influencers across the health and wellness industry Lead market-specific research initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends and evolving customer needs Develop annual market intelligence strategies that support growth, positioning, and long-term market leadership Create and deliver insight-driven assets that help Brand Managers execute strong, informed marketing strategies Support go-to-market planning and messaging for Daxko Exchange, partnerships, and corporate offerings Develop research summaries, insights, and reporting materials for senior leadership and Board of Directors meetings Contribute to monthly and quarterly performance reporting and reviews Craft compelling proposals and recommendations that help move strategic initiatives forward Collaborate closely with teammates across Marketing, Sales, and Product to ensure alignment and strong execution Support cross-product planning to help market and sell additional solutions that meet customer and company goals What you bring Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and confidently A collaborative mindset and comfort working with partners at all levels of the organization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and follow-through Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift Working knowledge of market research concepts and methodologies (including JTBD/ODI) Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools A genuine interest in — or passion for — the fitness, health, and wellness industry Experience and education Bachelor’s degree preferred 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on strategy planning, market intelligence, or brand management Daxko is dedicated to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce.
