Dawson Logistics, LLC has an opening for a full-time Warehouse Supervisor based in the West Chester, OH area. Dawson Logistics offers more than just another job. Our essential employees help take care of our customer's by accurately receiving in and shipping out customers order on-time. Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and performance-driven E-Commerce Supervisor to oversee and coordinate e-commerce fulfillment operations within our 3PL environment. This role ensures accurate order processing, inventory integrity, client satisfaction, and seamless integration between online sales platforms and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has strong logistics experience, understands multi-client fulfillment, and thrives in a fast-paced distribution setting. Key Responsibilities E-Commerce & Client Account Management • Oversee daily processing of e-commerce orders across multiple client accounts • Manage integrations between client platforms (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, etc.) and the WMS • Monitor SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to ensure on-time order fulfillment • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned e-commerce clients • Conduct regular performance reviews and reporting for clients Fulfillment & Warehouse Coordination • Coordinate with warehouse teams to prioritize picking, packing, and shipping • Ensure order accuracy, proper labeling, and carrier compliance • Monitor inventory levels and ensure real-time stock accuracy • Oversee returns processing (reverse logistics) and restocking procedures • Identify and resolve fulfillment discrepancies Team Leadership • Supervise e-commerce coordinators or fulfillment support staff • Train team members on SOPs, client requirements, and system updates • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or 3PL operations • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) • Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms and marketplace integrations • Advanced Excel and reporting skills Preferred Skills • Experience managing multiple client accounts • Knowledge of EDI and API integrations • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Work Environment • Warehouse and office-based setting • Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • May require flexibility during peak seasons Dawson offers a competitive wage, and excellent benefits.
