One of our manufacturing clients in Guelph, ON is looking for Manufacturing Data Analyst for their plant. Pay - $95K Responsibilities: • Process, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis • Analyze large raw datasets to identify trends and generate meaningful business insights • Develop data-driven solutions using Python or similar scripting languages • Work closely with specialists, project managers, process engineers, and management teams to gather and understand business requirements • Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, metrics, and analytics solutions to support business decisions • Use data mining and analytical techniques to build and maintain customer segmentation and predictive models • Recommend new metrics, reporting methods, and visualization techniques to improve data analysis and reporting efficiency • Support platforms that provide automated and ad-hoc access to large datasets • Assist with IIoT network configuration and troubleshooting in coordination with local and global IT network engineering teams Qualifications: • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Applied AI, or a related field • Coursework focused on statistics, algorithms, relational databases, and advanced calculus • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive manufacturing industry • Strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives and manufacturing technologies • Solid background in data analysis, artificial intelligence, and machine learning methodologies • Experience with network engineering is considered an asset • Familiarity with IBA measurement systems and software is an asset • Relevant certifications are considered an asset, including: • Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) • Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
