Full Description

Dawn Foods is seeking a Manager of Continuous Improvement to lead strategic initiatives focused on process optimization, waste reduction, and operational efficiency across distribution centers. This role requires close collaboration with site leaders, cross-functional teams, and data-driven strategies to drive performance improvements. The ideal candidate will be a change agent, a servant leader, and a subject matter expert in continuous improvement methodologies. Requirements • High school diploma or GED required. • Bachelor's degree in business administration, process management, supply chain, industrial engineering, or engineering management (11+ years of equivalent experience) • 7+ years of manufacturing, logistics, distribution, warehousing, or related experience. • 2+ years' experience leading and supervising others. • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred. • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reports. • Excellent communication and analytical skills. • Strong project management & problem-solving skills.
