Qualifications and responsibilities for this Survey Manager position include: • Bachelor's degree preferred • IL PLS registration required • Minimum of 8 years of experience managing survey projects with IDOT, City of Chicago, municipalities, and private developers • Experience with MicroStation and/or Civil3D preferred • Lead and schedule survey crews and manage department revenue growth • Prepare plats, legals, and coordinate with design teams • Manage project budgets, staffing, contracts, and invoicing • Conduct QA/QC reviews and assist other offices with survey tasks Salary: $110,000 - $145,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
