Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Preconstruction Manager position include: • 12+ years of experience in commercial construction with ground-up project expertise • Strong connections and familiarity with the Tampa construction market • Proficient in Bluebeam, PDF software, Timberline Estimating, AGTEK, iSqf., Togal/On Screen Take-off • Ability to lead and manage preconstruction efforts, including design-build and conceptual estimating • Proven ability to manage and mentor teams through all phases of preconstruction • Experience with a wide range of project types including upfits, hospitality, and industrial • Well-rounded skill set beyond estimating, including planning, coordination, and communication • Leadership experience with opportunity to grow into a Director role Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
