Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Engineering Manager position include: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required • 8–10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, ideally within cranes, conveyors, or forklifts • Proven leadership experience managing a team of 3–5 engineers • Strong organizational skills and experience streamlining engineering processes and systems • Experience with AutoCAD Mechanical and Inventor • Oversee and guide engineering projects for crane production from concept through execution • Lead daily operations and ensure team productivity, quality, and efficiency • Collaborate with company leadership to support strategic growth initiatives Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 80% employer-paid medical coverage, $15K company-paid life insurance, optional dental, vision, and short-term disability, up to 4 weeks PTO (negotiable), 9 paid holidays, and a 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar match up to $4,500 per employee.
