Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Construction Project Manager position include: • Minimum 3 years of project management experience in construction, with 5+ years preferred in electrical construction • Oversee electrical projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination • Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld, including OSHA compliance and company safety policies • Experience working with unionized workforce and collective bargaining agreements • Strong understanding of project estimating, forecasting, and change order management • Proficiency with project management or scheduling software • Excellent communication and client-facing skills to build strong relationships • Electrical engineering degree or PMP certification preferred Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
