## Key Role Overview The Vice President, IKC Operations leads Value - Based Care (VBC) for kidney across the Avanti geography in the Northeastern U.S., providing operational leadership for Da. Vita Integrated Kidney Care (IKC). This executive role has P&L accountability (managing approximately $800M annual medical cost under management), oversees directors and senior directors, and drives clinical outcomes, physician partnerships, and program growth while reporting to the IKC Chief Operating Officer. ## Key Responsibilities - Accountable for P&L performance of approximately $800M annual medical cost under management. - Manage, develop, and train a team of clinical and non-clinical teammates, including directors and senior directors. - Work with nephrology practices and other healthcare providers across the geography to positively impact patient outcomes and deliver favorable economic returns. - Lead the development and execution of clinical interventions to achieve clinical operational performance and outcomes. - Maintain collaborative working relationships with all levels of management and partner physicians. - Maintain awareness and knowledge of the assigned market and participate in internal and external business development meetings, as applicable. - Participate in the development and management of clinical operations and capital budgets. - Monitor operating results/reports and deliver monthly operating reviews. - Coordinate across the Da. Vita enterprise on key initiatives and grow the IKC program and teammates. - Perform other duties as assigned. ## Required Qualifications - Minimum of 8+ years of operational leadership experience leading robust, regional teams. - Experience managing budgets, driving metrics, and P&L accountability. - Demonstrated operational leadership of clinical teams (management of nurses, care coordinators, and other healthcare staff). - Experience in value-based care and demonstrated ability to work with physicians and drive behavior change. - Strong operations and business acumen and proven ability to develop teams and influence clinical and business outcomes. ## Preferred Qualifications - Preferred experience in healthcare, particularly value-based care programs. ## Compensation & Benefits - Salary range: $200,000 - $292,000 per year. - Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, and PTO cash out. - Support resources including family resources, EAP counseling sessions, access to Headspace, backup child and elder care, and maternity/paternity leave. - Professional development programs and on-demand leadership courses via Da. Vita IKC Chief Operating Officer and provides operational guidance supporting business results. - Da.
