ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive. Reviews, modifies and administers compensation and other reward programs. Partners with HR and business leaders to identify strategies and recommendations. Facilitates and manages the annual review of market competitiveness for clinic, production, corporate, and executive positions. Identify annual salary increase budgets, additional market adjustments or special pay program changes. Manages incentive compensation and administration for incentive plans, including; annual incentive plans, employee recognition, long term incentive plans—stock options, stock appreciation rights, performance shares, and restricted shares. Partners with external venders to ensure seamless quality service. Leads the annual salary increase processes to ensure accurate and timely increases. Reviews processes and systems to identify potential opportunities for improved effectiveness. Manages the review, modification and implementation of performance management and development processes and tools. Provides expert consulting, advice and support on compensation and other employee care issues to internal managers. Understands legal and regulatory implications in compensation programs. Provides leadership, coaching and support to compensation team and within Human Resources. Provides education and training as necessary to local HR business partners and teammates. Ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed. Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required. Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or an equivalent level of Human Resource experience 6-8 years of human resource experience, with 6 years in compensation 3 years management experience or equivalent Advanced computer skills including Microsoft programs, particularly within Excel and Access. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
