Posting Date 01/12/2026 2000 16th St, Denver, Colorado, 80202-5117, United States of America The Sr Analyst – Clinical Transformation will work on a team that is focused on improving clinical outcomes for DaVita patients. This position requires a collaborative problem-solver who can work cross-functionally to identify opportunities, develop and implement solutions, and manage projects with high attention to detail. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Builds a deep, real-world understanding of chronic kidney disease and dialysis processes to improve our current model of care and innovate for the future. Analyzes and manipulates large datasets to derive meaningful conclusions and recommendations. Communicates complex ideas and analytical insights effectively to diverse audiences at every level. Identifies current operational/clinical gaps and recommends solutions, ultimately partnering in the development, implementation, management, and optimization of new or existing processes and tools. Builds collaborative relationships built on trust and follow-through, and works well cross-functionally with internal partners and clinical teammates. Plans and executes responsible work streams by proactively managing project plans and roadblocks, all while maintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure consistency and accuracy. Education, Training, or Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, or healthcare is required Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an analytical role preferred Strong proficiency in MS Office products (PPT, Excel, Word) required Prior experience working in a healthcare environment is preferred MBA or advanced degree is preferred Travel up to 10% What We’ll Provide: More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most.
