Posting Date 09/29/2025 2000 16th St, Denver, Colorado, 80202-5117, United States of America Team Overview: The Talent Partnerships Team is tasked with helping deliver fully staffed and stable teams to our field partners by making long-term investments in new pools of clinical talent. We do this by: Building long-term candidate sourcing pipelines with our partners Tapping into new pools of clinical talent including partnering with academic institutions and international recruiting agencies Crafting compelling offers, internship experiences, and 1st year programing Duties and Responsibilities: Overview The Program Administrator role on the Talent Partnership Team will consist of coordinating facility-level placements for (1) students in nursing or technician programs looking for an internship and (2) global nurses. This role will be responsible for supporting students throughout their internship journey and reporting out on key findings and metrics. This role will also partner with stakeholders to build and maintain a pipeline of candidates, strive to improve processes, and use our systems and technology to their fullest extent. This person will need to build relationships with school partners and local DaVita teammates to bring Talent Partnership programs to life. We need someone detail-oriented, execution-oriented, and passionate about helping nursing students navigate their career options. Day-to-day Follow the process to place student interns and global nurses in a specific market on an ongoing monthly cadence. Coordinate directly with Facility Administrators, Regional Operations Directors, and Talent Acquisition Leaders to identify barriers for placement and come up with solutions. Coordinate with local school administrators to support the execution of new Student Training Agreements and drive the submittals of more student internships. Provide frequent and clear communication with field and school stakeholders, which includes scheduling and leading calls and sending recap emails. Escalate barriers for placements to managers, and plan to come with solution-oriented ways to drive performance in the market. Proactively troubleshoot when processes are not working and in partnership with managers, identify process improvement opportunities. Leverage data to analyze program performance and drive strategy within the market. Qualifications Experience: 2-4 years of total work experience, with a high school diploma or GED. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Analytical and Problem Solving Skills: Ability to use data to analyze performance and identify and resolve issues. Communication: Effectively communicate, both written and verbally, up to Sr. level audiences and external stakeholders. Relationship Management: Ability to build trust, encourage collaboration, and inspire change across different teams. Time Management and Prioritization: Identify and prioritize work tasks effectively and consistently achieve deadlines. Ownership: Ability to set and achieve goals across multiple programs. This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $56,500.00 - $68,000.00 per year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
