The Learning Operations Scheduler will be a member the Learning Operations team within DaVita University’s Center of Excellence (CoE). The coordinator is responsible for working collaboratively with DaVita University teammates, as well as other Learning and Development teams to implement and maintain high-quality, high-impact training programs for all DaVita teammates. The primary responsibility of the Scheduler is to support delivery of Leadership Development programs for teammates. Our ideal hire will have strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), some learning technology experience (i.e. LMS) and virtual learning platforms (i.e. Webex). Ideally this person would have some experience supporting/coordinating training events (in person and virtual). This person also has a strong desire to live our core values give back to our fellow teammates who provide lifesaving treatment for our patients. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Support team events and meetings by coordinating logistics, creating/maintaining calendar appointments etc. Coordinate and maintain electronic calendar(s) across programs Coordinate and arrange conference calls; gather data as requested for calls Create and/or update presentation slides as requested Supports team with program logistics for learning experiences in all modalities. For in-person experiences, this could include coordinating participant travel arrangements, food & beverage, room set-up, and on-site support for programs etc. For virtual experiences, this could include setting up a virtual room, manage participant experience and activities, producing and troubleshoot tech issues. Support Learning Management System (LMS) functions including creating sessions, enrollment management, automation of emails and other items, uploading and updating content as needed. Handle special projects and/or department specific assignments on an as-needed and sometimes urgent basis Manage DVU responses to teammate inquiries through an outlook inbox Minimum Qualifications Strong written (email) and verbal (presentation) communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
