Posting Date 12/24/2025 2000 16th St, Denver, Colorado, 80202-5117, United States of America GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Sr Organizational Change & Development Manager drives the needs assessment, initiative creation, and initiative implementation to drive successful navigation of organizational change and organizational development activities for the success of the organization. Initiatives may include team effectiveness, leadership development, technology/process changes, and teammate engagement as led by People Services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Change Leadership Bring proven change architectures and best practices to help the business navigate change Enable business units to manage their organizational change efforts, such as transition to outsourcing, system and process change, and large-scale transformation, guiding clients through management and execution of strategic organizational change programs Understand organization and change management issues, explain the factors involved, and shape organizational solutions to deliver value to the business. Leadership coaching and development of IT Leaders to enable them to lead their teams through organizational change. Organization Development Develop trusted relationships with key clients or internal customers Assess current and future state, collaborating with stakeholders to activate action plans that support desired end state Brings thought leadership in change management, adult learning, organization development, and neuroscience/ psychology Measurement & Analytics Establish and track key success metrics for change initiatives Design, implement and analyze feedback mechanisms (e.g., surveys, focus groups, interviews) to assess opportunity and impact Analyze data to measure adoption, identify risks, and inform strategy adjustments Create reports and dashboards to communicate progress to stakeholders Presentation and facilitation Communicate a compelling message and to guide groups to discovery and action. Presentation and activity design to achieve a desired outcome with a group, such as team building, communication skills, conflict management, team identity and change navigation. Program management Orchestrate the logistics, participants, messaging, and outcomes of high profile initiatives. Initiative creation and implementation to support teammate engagement, growth and development, and positive teammate experience. Create and deliver communications and materials to support programs Effective deliverable and deadline management, collaborating across teams as needed EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Required Bachelors and/or Master’s degree with emphasis on organizational behavior, organizational development, change management or equivalent education Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management Prosci® Certification Certification in at least one behavior assessment/diagnostic tool (e.g. DiSC, Enneagram, MBTI, HBDI, etc) Project Management experience Strong communications and interpersonal skills Very strong technical writing skills with the ability to utilize technology to disseminate information Ability to work with senior executives Effectively manages confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment Proficient with MS Office Suite Preferred 5 years consulting experience Additional technique certifications preferred (e.g. coaching, facilitation, another diagnostic tool, etc) Proficient with SurveyMonkey TRAVEL AND TIME REQUIREMENTS Travel: up to 25% Nights/Weekends: Occasional nights, 5-7 times per year. This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $98,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
