Posting Date 02/20/2026 910 Erie Blvd ESte 150, Syracuse, New York, 13210-1048, United States of America The Project Manager will partner with our dialysis clinics, DKC leadership, Clinical Services teams, and Palmer leads to centrally support the delivery of dialysis-related interventions that support our payer quality metrics. This is a Remote position, requiring the teammate to function independently and with high integrity and accountability. The role requires project management experience, expertise in CVC removal process and Adequacy management, communication skills, and a high level of motivation to drive success. This teammate will work on a team of highly motivated individuals with extensive business and clinical experience. The successful Project Manager will bring a blend of innovative strategic thinking and operational execution, coupled with a mission-driven pursuit of improving the lives of our patients. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Applies subject matter expertise in CVC removal process and Adequacy management Collaborates with key teams across the Village to drive critical clinical quality measures for patients. This is a significant effort that requires a highly collaborative individual with strong skills in project management and communication, as well as the ability to drive work across many cross-functional stakeholders Partners closely with Clinical Services teams to understand their needs and support, as needed, to meet quality measure goals Develops communications to support the team’s clinical strategy Has the ability to understand complex program eligibility rules and analyze data to drive results Presents comfortably and compellingly to senior audiences Works closely with teammates in the field and develops long-standing relationships with operators and clinicians ~10% travel may be required MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 2-4 years of healthcare, strategy, or project management experience Recent dialysis clinic experience required RN, CCHT, or equivalent experience highly preferred Proven track record of being highly collaborative with the ability to impact change and improve clinical quality outcomes Ability to analyze and interpret data Strong project / time management skills and ability to operate independently Must reside in Mountain Time Zone What We’ll Provide More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
