Posting Date 01/12/2026 719 Bunny Trl, Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, 53590-8507, United States of America As a member of the Value Based Care team, the Director, Operations - Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) will report directly to the Vice President. This leader will operate across both government and commercial VBC lanes leading functions to ensure the overarching success of programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of business strategy, engaging with internal and external partners, aggregating and synthesizing analysis, partnering with various functions across the enterprise to drive strategic planning, innovation, and execution. This individual will organize management processes, drive business communications internally and externally, and support teammate engagement. This teammate will partner with DaVita Kidney Care, Nephrologists, supporting business functions and operating teams. The Director of Integrated Kidney Care will help guide business innovation and operations to new levels of performance. The role is a hybrid role – travel in the market is determined by market needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Organize IKC central team efforts and collaboration across lanes Prepare and participate in monthly operating reviews with senior leadership Support internal/external communication by helping to craft and deliver key messages Highlight management process gaps or improvement opportunities, then implement solutions Lead critical projects working across multiple service lanes; monitor metrics, track progress of initiatives, and prepare presentations for senior leadership Collaborate across teams to perform analyses and synthesize results Work across operational and innovation teams to advance best in class capabilities in the market Prior experience as Director of Strategy, General Management, Operations, or similar role supporting enterprise-level initiatives or prior experience within healthcare or operations leadership. This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $115,000.00 - $183,000.00 per year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour For location-specific minimum wage details, see the following link: DaVita.jobs/WageRates Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
