Posting Date 11/18/2025 2000 16th St, Denver, Colorado, 80202-5117, United States of America GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB This position supports and drives the adoption of the features of CWOW by using CWOW functionality as a strategic tool to improve outcomes and add value to the Village. This position is responsible for a specific project(s) along with a Palmer or other stakeholder relationship. Teammate is responsible for driving outcomes with project management, partnering with other specialized groups in the Village and partnering with Palmer for CWOW usability metrics and adoption. The employee’s primary duty includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Drive CWOW software usage to improve workflows and outcomes (ie: Home penetration, IKC/SPCC, Labs, TM satisfaction, Clinical outcomes, Ops simplification) Identify and measure adoption of key features or processes in CWOW. Drive adoption. Leveraging tools within CWOW to drive DaVita’s 4 Major Operations Goals to obtain DaVita’s clinical metric goals. Rollout new initiatives deployed via CWOW functionality driving value optimization, metric development and optimization of new software. Partner with PO's/Runway/Atlas on how users are actually experiencing CWOW; be the Voice of the clinic, Help prioritize field voice and the point of escalation for field partner Exceptional teammate relationship management and people skills – a relationship builder. Demonstrated ability to work in a team, facilitate effective team interactions, and to foster a positive work environment; willingness to assist teammates in order to achieve departmental goals. Approachable and open Demonstrates the ability to adapt to the changing environments within each Palmer/Stakeholder; adapting to the individual needs, within the framework/parameters of DaVita P&P and CWOW intended purpose while demonstrating a commitment to customer service; proactively communicate and respond promptly to requests and needs of the field. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills including ability to listen attentively and to communicate information clearly and effectively Demonstrated ability to work well with cross-functional groups Demonstrated interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship-building skills; ability to interact positively with teammates at all levels across the company Professional presence and excellent presentation skills; ability to speak to large audiences and small groups using presentations Other duties as assigned. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
