Job description Key Responsibilities: • Set up, adjust, and operate assigned machines and auxiliary equipment to produce wire and wire products. • Collaborate with co-workers, supervisors, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve machine or material issues. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment. • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. • Read, understand, and follow the production schedule. Qualifications: • Ability to lift/carry at least 75 lbs and push/pull 100 lbs safely. • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance. • Capability to become certified and operate a forklift safely. • Successful completion of pre-employment background check, drug/alcohol screening, and physical examination. • Must be at least 18 years old due to the work environment. Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 40 – 56 per week Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Evening shift • Night shift • Overnight shift Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour Work Location: In person
