The firm focuses on practice businesses in many industries including, but not limited to, Cannabis, Alternative Wellness, and Personal Services. Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Growth & Executive Support Manager. The Growth & Executive Support Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks that include supporting our Founder with administrative functions, developing and executing growth strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring efficient operations. The role also involves project management, research, and communication duties to support business growth and operational excellence. There is opportunity for this role to become a full-time role based on performance. Qualifications • Administrative support and executive assistance skills • Experience in growth strategy development and execution • Project management and client relationship management skills • Experience in sales, business development, client management, or executive support (startup experience preferred). • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders. • Excellent organizational and project management skills; comfortable managing competing priorities. • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and project management software (Asana, Trello, or similar). • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment with limited structure. • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
