David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a Spanish speaking Business Development Manager. Position: Business Development Manager (LATAM) Location: Remote Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: base salary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify and engage potential business partners or affiliates. Oversee their onboarding process and maintain strong, long-term relationships to support mutual growth and business success. Design and implement initiatives aimed at expanding and retaining the partner network. Set performance goals and key metrics, and provide tailored support to optimize engagement and productivity. Deliver regular training sessions to ensure partners stay informed on company offerings, tools, and relevant market updates. Monitor performance using data-driven KPIs and provide actionable feedback to drive improvement. Work closely with compliance teams to ensure all partner-related activities meet regulatory and company standards. Promote a strong culture of compliance and ethical conduct among partners. Liaise with internal departments—including Marketing, Sales, and Compliance—to deliver aligned and consistent support for partners. Help develop promotional materials and initiatives tailored to partner needs. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions. Use insights to enhance partner programs and maintain a competitive edge in attracting and retaining partners. REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent in Spanish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as proficiency in English (B2). Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (additional certifications from regulatory bodies are advantageous). Demonstrated experience in managing strategic partnerships, affiliates, or broker networks. In-depth understanding of financial markets, partner management, and regulatory frameworks. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proven ability to identify new market opportunities and establish strategic partnerships. Sound knowledge of market operations, compliance, and governance standards. Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities. Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills. High level of integrity and commitment to ethical practices. Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation. Understanding of the operational and marketing needs of a regulated business.
