A company is looking for a Retail Ops Analyst to manage and optimize retail operations. Key Responsibilities • Manage and execute day-to-day back office operations activities • Analyze retail operations data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement • Develop and implement strategies to optimize retail processes and enhance efficiency Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field, or four years of relevant experience • 2+ years of experience in retail operations or market operations, preferably in NYISO, PJM, or NEISO • Deep understanding of retail electricity operations in regulated markets • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau • Ability to think analytically and strategically in a fast-paced environment
