We are seeking a passionate and reliable team member to join our front desk reception team! Our Store Name: PetzCharm Store Location: 800 W Broad St, Falls Church, VA 22046 The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: • Experience in an office, administrative, pet grooming salon, or veterinary hospital setting. • Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to efficiently manage front desk operations. Responsibilities: • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner • Answer and direct phone calls • Help guests enter their information and create records (e.g., pet information, appointment details) • Accurately record guests' grooming needs, and facilitate communication between groomers and guests (e.g., confirm service details, schedule appointments) • Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and transcribing • Manage appointments and schedules • Maintain office cleanliness and organization • Assist with basic office management tasks Qualifications: • Experience in a medical office or similar environment (experience in a veterinary hospital is a plus) • Proficient in file management and organization • Strong front desk presence and customer service skills • Knowledge of clerical procedures and office equipment use • Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks is a plus • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills • Ability to transcribe information accurately • Familiarity with office software is a plus Join Us!
