Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dallas, TX for a Real Estate Assistant. The Real Estate Assistant will be responsible for supporting a top producing team with administrative tasks, maintaining organized records, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Daily tasks include handling communications, scheduling appointments, managing property listings, and assisting with client inquiries and paperwork. Qualifications • Strong Communication skills • Experience in Real Estate • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Organization skills • Excellent Customer Service skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently • Attention to detail and accuracy • Experience with real estate software is a plus • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in real estate or administrative assistance are beneficial • College degree a plus • Must hold an active Texas Real Estate license • Prefer knowledge of Skyslope and Docusign
