Description: As a Restaurant and Operations Manager at Dave & Buster's, you will be a pivotal leader at the heart of our vibrant, high-energy restaurant and entertainment venue. Qualifications: • You thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment that combines a full-service restaurant with cutting-edge entertainment. • You possess exceptional communication skills to engage and motivate your team and to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. • You are driven by tangible results and the satisfaction of seeing your direct impact on both guest happiness and team performance. • A relentless pursuit of excellence and a track record of consistently exceeding performance targets. • Demonstrated physical and mental stamina to manage high-volume business days and work a demanding schedule averaging 50 hours per week. • Proven capability to manage the full scope of operations, from meticulous day-to-day details to strategic, big-picture planning. • Must be at least 21 years of age. • A minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry. • Skilled in financial management, including controlling food/beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency. • The capacity to inspire and guide a team to deliver an exceptional and memorable guest experience. • Genuine, impactful leadership abilities. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business. • Comfortable working in a high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions. Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor hourly team members to consistently deliver a best-in-class guest experience. • Display proactive leadership by personally interacting with team members and guests to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all. • Oversee all aspects of talent management, including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and fostering continuous professional development for a guest-focused team. • Embody and champion our core values, while collaborating with the leadership team to drive business results and achieve operational excellence.
