Role: Program Manager - IAM & Cybersecurity Location: [Insert Location / Remote Option] Employment Type: Full-time / Contract Job Summary: Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager - IAM & Cybersecurity to lead the delivery of complex security and IAM initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will drive program governance, cross-functional coordination, and delivery excellence while translating technical concepts into clear business outcomes. Strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and experience operating within a PMO framework are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: • Provide program management and governance for Cybersecurity and IAM delivery teams. • Lead program reporting, communications, and executive updates. • Translate cybersecurity and IAM technical concepts into business language for stakeholders. • Collaborate with technical and business partners to align program goals, deliverables, and timelines. • Oversee risk, issue, and dependency tracking across all assigned programs. • Drive proactive mitigation, escalation handling, and cross-functional coordination. • Manage and lead Cyber/IAM programs and projects across multiple business units. • Ensure program objectives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. Required Experience & Skills: • Strong IAM domain knowledge, including principles, models, and security concepts. • 7+ years of experience in IT or cybersecurity. • 5+ years of program or project management experience, preferably managing enterprise-scale initiatives. • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK. • Experience working within or alongside a PMO, with a strong understanding of program delivery methodologies. • Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale cybersecurity programs in hybrid environments. • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. • Hands-on experience with Jira and Microsoft 365 tools.
