Job Title: Senior Automation Project Manager – Data Centers Location: Atlanta (Remote) The company Are you ready to lead high-impact automation projects powering the world’s largest data centers? We're hiring a Senior Automation Project Manager to oversee fast-paced, multi-million-dollar builds—managing BAS, PLC, SCADA, and mission-critical systems from design through turnover. This is your chance to drive innovation, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver at hyperscale—all while working remotely with limited travel. The position • Lead full lifecycle of 20–200+ MW data center automation projects • Oversee BAS/SCADA/PLC scope across design, installation, commissioning, and IST • Manage budgets, risks, schedules, and change orders • Interface with owners, GCs, OEMs, and commissioning agents • Mentor junior PMs and drive continuous improvement using tools like Procore, BIM 360, P6 Could this role be for you? • 8+ years in automation/controls, 4+ years in critical infrastructure project leadership • Expertise in platforms like Rockwell, Siemens, AVEVA, Niagara 4, etc. • Strong client-facing and team leadership skills • Familiar with Tier III/IV standards, NFPA 70E, and large-scale commissioning • PMP or NICET IV preferred • 25% travel expectation • Must be based in the Atlanta region or willing to relocate there Why apply? • Competitive salary • $10K Signing Bonus + $15K Retention Bonus • Remote flexibility (≤10% travel) • Comprehensive health, vision, dental, and 401(k) • PTO, paid holidays, parental leave, and professional development support
