Full Description

Description: • Deliver global compensation planning cycles by leading the design, testing, and implementation in Pave, ensuring data integrity across all compensation systems, and supporting communication, education, and change management efforts • Support pay equity analysis using Syndio’s platform to guide data-driven compensation decisions and advance equitable pay practices • Manage and analyze complex datasets to generate clear, data-driven compensation insights that inform decision-making, increase efficiency, and enable scalable growth • Contribute to strategic compensation projects, key initiatives and the development of scalable frameworks while partnering with key stakeholders such as IT People Systems, HR People Partners, People Ops, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition • Collaborate with IT People Systems to ensure Workday compensation data, configuration, and reports are accurate, scalable, and efficient • Lead technology reviews and system enhancements for the compensation team to ensure tools, processes, and compensation programs scale effectively with the business, including managing change and driving smooth implementation Requirements: • 5-8 years of experience managing compensation planning cycles as well as large, cross-functional compensation projects • Strong compensation and analytical background that shows proven success as a thoughtful partner with attention to detail • Strong competency in understanding, interpreting, and communicating procedures, policies, and information clearly through excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills • Advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills (i.e. spreadsheets, databases) and an ability to use data to support informed decision-making • Experience with Workday as a system of record for compensation • Proficient in project management methodologies and techniques • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where foundational frameworks are still being developed and priorities can shift quickly • Skilled at leading and influencing stakeholders • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with others on the team • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities Benefits: • Eligibility for annual performance bonus • Equity • Comprehensive benefits and perks that meet the needs of all employees (see https://www.mybenefitsnow.com/databricks)
