Pay Rate: $22/hr Location: Remote – from your US-based home in the Eastern or Central time zone, in a dedicated, distraction-free workspace Job Duration: February 2026 – April 2026 Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 20–40 hours per week set schedule Assessment Required: Yes, you will complete the Test Scorer writing assessment to evaluate your English proficiency and understand the candidate process. Key Responsibilities • Interview & Evaluate Candidates: Conduct one-to-one video interviews, evaluate applicants’ qualifications and make hiring decisions • Foster a Positive Candidate Experience: Act as primary point of contact, respond to questions, provide timely information and coordination throughout the recruiting process • Utilize Multiple Systems and Tools: Work with HR and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) platforms, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, • Collaborate with Recruiting Team: Work closely with your virtual team using a variety of digital communication tools and systems, provide updates and process improvement ideas Essential Requirements • Education: Minimum of an associate’s degree or equivalent work experience • Work Experience: 1 year experience in HR or other customer-focused work • Technical Aptitude: Strong computer skills, with practical hands-on experience navigating multiple systems and screens efficiently • Results-Driven: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment while demonstrating analytical skills, learning & applying new processes quickly, strong attention to detail, critical thinking, organized, prioritization of tasks, and problem solving. • Self-motivated & Engaged: Driven to succeed independently, with a moderate level of supervision, while presenting yourself and the company in a positive, professional manner.
