Full Description

Purpose: The Technical Project Manager directs client project team and internal project team to assess stakeholder needs and establish specifications for client projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Direct client project team and internal project team to assess stakeholder needs and establish specifications for client projects. • Manage, direct, and deliver IT based projects as assigned. • Lead documentation efforts for project specifications and ensure such are disseminated to appropriate Data Dimensions departments. • Direct project team to establish test plans for internal and client testing phases to ensure compliance with stakeholder specifications. • Direct operations team members, and/or vendor coordinators for staffing, transition and training plans and execution of plans. • Required to attend mandatory meetings and trainings, work scheduled overtime with minimal notice, and perform other duties as assigned per business needs. Qualification Requirements - To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following: • Must be at least 18 years of age. • Able to read, write and speak English. • Successfully pass and maintain acceptable background checks and security clearances. • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university plus 3-5 years of project management experience or equivalent experience as a project manager and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Excellent communication skills and high energy work ethic. • Service, project, and results-orientation with strong analytical skills. • Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams to develop, deliver, operationalize, document and support solutions. • Ability to successfully manage multiple task assignments across several projects. • Proactive approach to problem solving and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Certificates and Licenses: • No certifications or licenses needed. Computer Skills: • Proficient with Microsoft Office Professional.
