The Content Feedback Associate is responsible for managing internal and external inquiries and research projects that require database changes. This includes validating and entering change requests, maintaining records, and responding to customer service inquiries.

Requirements

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and preferably one year of data entry or customer service experience. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required.

This position is responsible for managing internal and external inquiries, or assigned research projects, which require making changes to the databases, where applicable. In addition, answering customer service and escalation calls.   Essential Job Functions: 1. Review and validate database changes regarding company information as per customer request, that come through mail, email, faxes and phone calls. 2. Verify change requests and enter changes into the database as appropriate. 3. Keep record of original requests and replies. 4. Compare database content to quality reports and correct business records. 5. Professionally respond to all questions and escalation's calls.  Qualifications Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities: 1. Ability to pay close attention to detail and prioritize daily tasks. Good organizational skills.   2. Ability to type efficiently and accurately.   3. Knowledge of data entry practices and procedures.   4. Skilled in operating a personal computer and related software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.   5. Ability to professionally communicate with co-workers, management, and customers in a courteous manner.   6. Ability to communicate technical information to a nontechnical audience.   7. Strong sense of customer service; ability to professionally respond to escalation calls.     Education, Experience, and Certification: 1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 2. 1 year of data entry or related work experience preferred. 3.
