The Associate Solution Analyst will manage and implement marketing database solutions for external clients, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include becoming a Subject Matter Expert on client solutions, participating in system design, and managing documentation and testing processes.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience in business systems analysis, with a focus on implementation or migration projects. Knowledge of database marketing and experience with SQL and Agile processes are essential.

Roles & Responsibilities: We are looking for an Associate, Solutions Analyst who will be an integral part of the management and implementation of marketing database solutions for external clients. This position will be responsible for acting as a liaison between our clients and internal Solution Management, Database Development, and Marketing Campaign teams. 1. Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on your assigned clients' solutions. May be called on to answer questions and work on best practices for database builds, data usage, and product design. 2. Participate in system/database design and business requirements development. 3. Document business rules and support implementation of business rules on the database. 4. Documentation creation and management including: Business Requirements, Change Requests, Test Plans, UAT Plans. 5. Manage JIRA user stories, story points, and flows. 6. Test plan creation and execution. 7. Participate in standard SDLC, Agile, and UAT processes. Qualifications Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities: 1. Experience in Data-Driven Marketing Services, Marketing Campaigns, Database Marketing, or a related domain. 2. Intermediate to advanced level at writing queries using SQL. 3. Strong working knowledge of database solutions and implementation or migration projects. 4. Experience with SDLC as well as Agile processes and JIRA software. 5. Experience in the following is helpful: process improvement, database development, ETL tools, data process engineering, CRM solutions, software development, or master data management. 6. Knowledge of campaign, email, CDP tools such as Adobe Campaign, HCL Unica, Tealium, or SFMC a plus. 7. Experience with both on-premises database solutions (Oracle, Postgres) as well as cloud-based solutions (Redshift, Athena, Snowflake) a plus. 8. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interface effectively with both external clients and internal teams at all levels. 9. Proven technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 10. Self-initiative and willingness to train on new solutions and technologies. 11. Professionalism and interpersonal skills. 12. Ability to work within team environment. 13. Ability to travel as needed. Education, Experience, and Certification: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or is required. 2. 6+ years of experience in business systems analysis is required. 3. 3+ years of experience on implementation or migration projects 4. 2 to 4 years of experience in process improvement, database development, data process engineering, CRM solutions, software development, or master data management is required. 5. Experience in field-related processing, direct marketing experience a plus. 6. Prior experience in implementing marketing database solution a plus. *Minimum requirements needed to perform the job.
