The Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to own the technical infrastructure of our marketing engine. You aren't just managing a tool; you are designing the systems that power our entire go-to-market strategy. Your mission is to architect the lead lifecycle, automate complex enrichment pipelines, and ensure our data is high-fidelity. You will be the "owner" of HubSpot, ensuring our marketing and sales teams have the data and workflows they need to win. What You’ll Do • Marketing Operations: Build and manage lead scoring models based on buyer intent signals. You will design the automated lifecycle stages—from MQL to SQL—with clear handoff triggers and SLAs. • CRM Architecture & Operations: Own the HubSpot technical setup, including custom objects, advanced workflows, and permissions. You’ll build the validation rules that keep our CRM data trustworthy. • Data Infrastructure & Enrichment: Build and optimize automated enrichment pipelines (firmographic and technographic data). You’ll ensure our data models support advanced segmentation and routing. • Attribution & Lead Capture: Implement and maintain tracking that connects marketing activity to pipeline. You will own the lead capture infrastructure, including forms, conversion tracking, and progressive profiling. • Technical Engineering: Work with APIs and webhooks to integrate tools across the stack. You’ll handle JSON data structures and data mapping to ensure everything syncs perfectly. Who You Are • The Experience: You have 3–5 years of experience in Marketing or Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS company, with a strong focus on systems. • HubSpot Expert: You have deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot and understand how to build scalable processes within the platform. • Technical Credibility: You are comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and JSON. You can read API docs, build integrations, and troubleshoot data flow issues independently. • Data Integrity Focused: You think in terms of data schemas and field mappings. You have a track record of managing deduplication, standardization, and GDPR compliance. • Process-Driven: You understand the nuances of lead routing and the "lead-to-close" engine, and you know how to build for scale. Bonus Points • Experience with advanced enrichment tools (e.g., Clay, Clearbit, 6sense, or ZoomInfo). • Formal training in HubSpot RevOps or Marketing Software. • Experience in a fast-paced, "zero-to-one" startup environment. • Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools.
