Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, enhance brand visibility, and drive engagement across multiple platforms. This role requires a creative mindset combined with analytical skills to optimize campaigns, monitor trends, and foster meaningful relationships with our audience. The manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and supporting overall marketing objectives. Duties • Develop, implement, and manage social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. • Create engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and multimedia to promote brand awareness and customer engagement. • Utilize SEO best practices and keyword research to improve content visibility and search engine rankings. • Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities. • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising and Google Analytics analysis to measure performance. • Design visual content using Canva, Capcut, etc.. ensure high-quality graphics aligned with branding standards. • Schedule posts using tools to maintain consistent online activity. • Engage with followers through relationship management techniques to foster community growth and customer loyalty. • Oversee public relations initiatives related to social media campaigns and brand messaging. • Track web analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on branding initiatives, e-commerce promotions, and digital marketing projects. • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication. • Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital advertising, video editing, photography, and web analytics. Qualifications • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing roles. • Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns and e-commerce integrations. • Excellent content creation skills including writing, graphic design, photography, and video editing. • Exceptional proofreading skills with attention to detail. • Strong relationship management abilities to engage audiences effectively across platforms. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
